How it works
Open Shops in the app, choose a store and start with the products you need.
Find a shop
Browse the available shops or use search. Open a shop to see its catalogue and information.
Choose products
Read descriptions, check the units and quantities, and add products to your cart.
Arrange receiving
Choose delivery or another available option. Add the address and comments, then review the order and amount before payment.
Check the progress
Follow the order as the shop prepares it. Check collected and unavailable items in the details, and follow receiving updates.
Know what you are ordering
Each shop has its own catalogue, opening hours and receiving options. Product availability is confirmed while the order is being prepared.
Quantities and units
Check whether the price is per item, kilogram or another unit. Review the quantities in your cart before confirming.
Product availability
Some items may be unavailable when the shop prepares the order. The order details distinguish collected and unavailable products.
A complete address
For delivery, include the apartment, entrance or other helpful instructions. Check the receiving option and order status in the app.
